*A non-refundable 50% of payment is due up front to secure your appointment* We will do everything we can to arrange a make-up session if for any unforeseen reason you cannot make your appointed session; however, due to booking fees at other locations this is not always possible. *Larger packages are available upon request: other package request are negotiable* There is a travel fee if agreed upon location is outside of the New River Valley or more than twenty miles from Creative Designs by Renee's location.

Contract Payment & Travel Policy
By agreeing to the terms of this contract, you acknowledge the following payment structure and travel policy:
Payment Schedule:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to begin work and implement the terms of the contract. A 25% payment is due once 75% of the project is completed. The final 25% payment is due upon completion of the project.
Travel Fee:
If the agreed-upon meeting location is outside the New River Valley or exceeds 20 miles from Creative Designs by Renee's business location, a travel fee will apply. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
